How Do I Use My Wax Melt Or Burner Crystals?

Wax Melts - Simply squeeze the sides of your clamshell to pop out a cube of wax and then pop your desired amount into your tealight or electric wax burner.

Burner Crystals- Simply take around a teaspoon of your crystals and then pop your desired amount into your tealight or electric wax burner.

DO NOT ADD WATER. If using a tealight warmer, please use a maximum of one four hour tealight at a time. Most burners are designed to take a maximum of this amount of heat underneath and using more can actually invalidate your home insurance.

We make our wax melts strong enough that you won't require any more than this to get a nice strong scent throw. Remember the melted wax does not evaporate; only the scent dissipates, so make sure to remove the used wax from your warmer before adding a new cube

How Often Should I Change My Wax Melts?

Some of our users change their wax every day as they fancy a change and most of our users boast 2,3 and even 4 days of use per cube.

There's no real answer for this other than it's time to change your wax when you are no longer getting enough scent in your home or fancy a new fragrance.

How Do I Clean Out My Wax Burner?

Our soy wax is super soft and creamy making it much easier to clean than some other market alternatives.

We recommend either of the two following methods.

Warm your wax enough to begin melting it at the bottom. Once it starts to pool, simply tip your warmer onto it's side slowly allowing the contents to fall into your bin or other disposal method.

IF all your wax is melted then you can add kitchen roll, cotton wool or similar to the melted wax to soak up the contents and dispose of this in your bin. Some people choose to use these soaked items in their woodburners or fires - we recommend checking with your own model to make sure that this won't cause any damage to your stove as wax has been shown to clog some models.

Can I Use Inara Products In My Scentsy Burner?

Yes You absolutely Can. Soy wax has the lowest melting point of any of your normal wax melt options, the Scentsy burners get hot enough to be able to melt this wax fully.

Our burner crystals are made with salt and will not melt in any burner however they will get hot enough to release their powerful room smelling fragrances in any brand of burner, tealight or electric.

Which Is Better, Wax Melts Or Burner Crystals?

fix_copy-removebg-preview (1).png

It depends what you are looking for. Our customers love that our burner crystals give an almost immediate burst of fragrance into their space.  Rather than waiting for wax to melt, it can give a powerful punch of scent right when you need it, for example, if you are going for a bath and want the room to smell amazing by time your water is run. The burner crystals are perfect for this. They are also well suited to people who like to change up their scents often as they are much easier to clean and change.

Wax Melts are longer lasting fragrances, for those who like to have a constant atmosphere in their homes and are happy to keep the same scent burning for days at a time.

Both products are priced equally and give around the same amount of actual burn time per packet / jar so that way you aren't missing out by favouring one over the other.
